Yes! Same-day pickup is available, but there is a cutoff a few hours before the final pickup time so we have enough time to pick, weigh, and prepare your order. When selecting your pickup day and time, you’ll see the current available slots shown at checkout.

All of our beef is born, raised, and finished on our family farm in Westminster, Maryland. We do not import any beef — it’s 100% American and 100% local.

All steaks and roasts vary in weight. When placing your online order, your credit card will be preauthorized based on your selection of pounds. We will prepare your order as close as possible to the weight you requested. Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email with the exact weight and final total, which will be the amount charged.
