Delivery Policy - Roy Dean Premium Meats
We’re excited to offer local delivery to make getting our farm-raised beef even easier!
Delivery Area
Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Westminster, MD
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order outside of this area
Delivery Schedule
Delivery day and times are limited to Thursdays from 3pm till 7pm and scheduled in advance by Wednesday at 8pm.
Customers will receive a delivery window, not an exact time
We will contact you prior to delivery
We do our best to be on time, but delivery windows are not guaranteed
Customer Responsibility
Customers must be available to receive their order at the scheduled time.
If no one is available:
- Orders may be returned to the store
- Once delivered, the order becomes the customer’s responsibility
Perishable Product Policy
All products sold are perishable
Roy Dean Premium Meats is not responsible for product condition once:
- The order has been delivered
- The product is not immediately refrigerated or frozen
Weather & Delays
Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road conditions
- Unforeseen circumstances
We will communicate any delays as soon as possible
Payment Policy
Payment is required prior to delivery
Orders will not be delivered without completed payment
If you’d like to show some love to your driver, cash tips are always appreciated!
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or returns on perishable items
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Product Variations
Weights and cuts may vary slightly due to the nature of frozen beef products
