“London broil” isn’t actually a cut of beef—it’s a cooking method that’s been around since the early 20th century in North America. Traditionally, it refers to marinating a lean cut, then broiling or grilling it and slicing it thin across the grain. High heat to create the Sear on both sides. Move off main Sear to indirect heat till 125° - 130°.  Remove from heat, let rest for 15-20 minutes, before cutting.
